Door Guide KIts and Fire Tabs
Nylube's Door Guide Kits are the overwhelming choice of the elevator industry. Nearly every elevator entrance manufacturer chooses Nylube because we don't cut corners on quality. We could use the same number and kind of fasteners as some of our competitors, but that would sacrifice quality and strength. So we include 3 sets of gib mounting hardware instead of 2. And we use high strength barrel nuts to ensure metal to metal coverage with the screw instead of a hex nut. Each kit includes 1 angle bracket, one gib, three sem screws, three barrel nuts, and three self-tapping screws to mount to the door.
Our standard DW kits for doors 1" thick or less, and the DL kits for doors 1" to 1 1/4" handle the vast majority of installations. But in case you encounter a job which requires something thicker, Nylube now has the capability to create a custom angle bracket to meet your needs at an affordable price.
