Do you accept e-mail orders?
We do accept e-mail orders, although our website is not shopping-cart enabled. Please include all information necessary to complete the order.

What is your minimum order?
Minimum order is $20.00 total of product. Freight is not counted towards this total.

What are your terms?
New customers and non-elevator companies must prepay or take shipments C.O.D. Customers with an established credit have Net 30 day terms. Customers with invoice balances which are over 60 days will have new orders held until the old invoices are resolved.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Certain credit card orders are subject to a handling fee.

How can I establish credit?
By filling out a credit application. 
E-mail us or call and we can fax you an application.

What is your return policy?
Returns must include a return material authorization (RMA) number, which may be obtained by calling us. Returned material (except for warranty repairs) will be subject to a restocking charge. The minimum restocking charge is $20. Lamps and batteries are not returnable.
