Blue Shoes™ Rail Shoe Inserts
Made from Ultra High Weight Molecular Weight Polyethylene, a material with superior properties of impact strength, resistance to abrasion, water absorption and checmicals, and outstanding lubricity compared to either nylon or molybdenum disulphide-filled nylon. In addition to these properties UHMWPE has the operating characteristics of reducing rail chatter. Less rail lubrication is needed with Blue Shoes elevator rail shoe inserts. Swivel models are also available. Call for details.

Nylube's LRV Rail Shoes and Inserts feature structural grade aluminum construction which adds strength while reducing weight. Each unit comes complete with threaded mounting holes and insert retainers. There are 4 OEM size options shown below, but custom sizes are an option. The rail shoe inserts are made of the same Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene as our Blue Shoes line (see above).
